Tuition

One time registration fee is $35 per student or $50 per family. Registration fee is not charged for Music Boss Senior classes.

Supply fee of $35 is charged once per year and will include all materials and books that each student may require throughout the year. Supply fee is not charged if participating only in the Music Boss Morning Group.

Tuition for individual one on one lessons is $135 per month. This rate includes weekly, 30 minute long lessons.

Online individual one on one lessons, $135 per month. This rate includes weekly, 30 minute lessons

Group classes are $125 per month for weekly, 40 minute long sessions.

If we provide lessons in your home, the tuition is $175 per month for weekly, 30 minute lessons.

Boss Master Class meets once a month and the fee is $30 to participate in one meeting, lasting 45-60 minutes.

Trial individual lessons can be scheduled for $30 for a 30 minute long session.

Drop off and Pick Up

Students must be dropped off and picked up on time for their lesson. The school is not responsible for supervision of children if dropped off early or picked up late. It is encouraged for parents to remain in the waiting area if their student is a young child, as our teachers have to attend following lessons. We ask that children who are not participating in lessons remain with their parents.

Inclement Weather

In case of closures due to inclement weather, all individual classes will automatically revert to online lessons.  Group lessons will be canceled for the day and made up by adding an additional week at the conclusion of the 12 week sessions.

Payments

Payments are due on the 1st of the month and are charged through an automatic debit or credit card withdrawal. Lessons will not be provided if the payment is declined, and a $15 fee will be charged to bring your account current.

The tuition is a monthly flat fee, whether the month includes 4 or 5 weekly lessons. Months with 5 lessons balance out the occasional months where a holiday results in a student receiving fewer lessons. If a student’s first lesson falls in the middle of the month, the tuition will be prorated for that month.

Cancellations and Missed Lessons

Every student has a time slot reserved in our schedule just for them. This means that Music Boss makes a commitment to each student to provide instruction at their allotted time. Therefore, it is very important that students make every effort to attend each of their lessons or group classes. If a lesson has to be missed due to illness or emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the schedule and a teacher’s limited availability, makeup lessons are not guaranteed. One makeup lesson per 3 months will be provided and can be arranged with a teacher only during their available times. Additional makeup lessons may be arrangedat at teacher’s discretion, schedule permitting. However, these makeups should not be expected. A makeup lesson may be taught online. Refunds for missed lessons will not be provided. Makeup lessons will not be given for no-shows or last minute cancellations.

In cases when a teacher is absent for a lesson, Music Boss may arrange for a substitute instructor. If a lesson has to be canceled by a teacher due to illness or an emergency, a makeup lesson will be arranged or a credit will be given.

Please do not cancel lessons for the lack of practice. All instruction time is still beneficial and ensures progress!
